My partner and I are both avid bakers and cooks, and we decided to start this adventure because we love to eat, and we love people. We don’t eat people, though.

Food and friends are the most important and beloved aspects of our lives, and we aspire to share that love and spread good bread all over Wichita.

Our menu covers only a fraction of all that we enjoy creating in our kitchen — we’re very experimental and we often wind up with far too much food to keep it all to ourselves. Don’t be shocked if you find a few extra pastries with your order on the house, and let us know what you think!

The KIVA Building
at the Garvey Center

This year, we are so excited to announce that we will soon be opening the Dinky Bread Bakery at the Garvey Center on Douglas Ave!

We will soon be inhabiting a cute, open spot in the lower level of the KIVA Building at the Garvey Center on W. Douglas Ave, and we hope to see you at our Grand Opening in the first week of June!

Until that time, you can still come see us Saturdays at the Farmer’s Market, or you can place an order for delivery!

Wichita Farmers Market

Starting April 4, 2026, Dinky Bread will have a stall at the Farmers Market! Every Saturday morning we’ll have a few weekly loaves and pastries, plus a few fun bakes that we’ll switch up each week! Come visit us at 21st and Ridge to see what we come up with! If you’d like, you can also place your online order for pickup at the Market - just let us know by 7 pm on Thursdays at the latest.
